I've reported a missing package, and the status has never changed from 'collected by courier.' I reached out to the customer support team, but they only inform me that the depot doesn't have it. I am certain the depot hasn't received it, as the courier never scanned it in. They refuse to contact the courier to inquire about the collected packages. Each time, I receive the same response. It seems no one is willing to investigate or do their job properly. It's simpler for them to offer £20 just to make me go away. Absolutely disappointing.
