Excellent all round. I purchased a duo 6 multi cooker on Amazon previously and it has been a game changer! As such, I decided to purchase one of their air fryers which I got at a great price and I’ve been very happy. Super reliable, easy to use and their customer service team answered all my questions. Highly recommended.
Since September last year, I’ve been waiting for a replacement part to become available for my Instant Vortex Plus Dual Drawer with ClearCook Air Fryer (Stainless Steel – Left Drawer). After numerous emails with customer support over more than four months, nothing has been resolved.The only response I keep receiving is that there is no expected date for the part to be available and that nothing else can be done. This is extremely frustrating and unhelpful.What makes this even more unreasonable is that the spare part costs around 10% of the full unit price, which makes replacing the entire unit completely unjustifiable — especially when the product itself is otherwise in good condition.I’m asking for a proper and transparent response: either provide a realistic timeframe for when this part will be available, or propose a fair alternative solution. The whole situation has become very messy and disappointing, especially after waiting more than four months with no progress or accountability.I expected much better customer support from a brand like Instant Pot.
Having ordered and purchased an air fryer and coffee infusion machine upon arrival both were working as intended but come the next morning, due to an extremely unfortunate situation, the coffee infusion machine had developed a faulty and was no longer operational. I contacted Instant Pots’ customer support team and after a couple of emails detailing what exactly was wrong a new unit was arranged to be shipped as a replacement. I’m leaving this review, not because the unit is being replaced but at the quality of the customer care. In short, I personally feel it was exceptional and showed a level of commitment and professionalism to resolve the issue with the least amount of confusion and unnecessary delay. The representative I dealt with was clear in her communication towards myself about what information was required and that made it incredibly easy for me to then explain to her what the fault was and the steps I went through to troubleshoot. I’d recommend Instant Pot purely on the customer service I’ve had alone but it just so happens that their air fryers are wonderful machines. It’s a shame they don’t manufacture blender/smoothie makers because I’d buy one in an instant
I bought an Instant Air Fryer almost 2 years ago and loved it. A couple of weeks ago the light on one of the ovens stopped working. I contacted customer services to see if it was possible to buy a replacement light unit.I was asked for proof of purchase etc but as I knew it was long out of guarantee I wasn’t expecting much response. Today a parcel arrived containing a brand new replacement air fryer, I’m so impressed with this quiet but efficient customer service.
I’ve been using the Instant Vortex ClearCook Dual Basket Air Fryer 11L for a little while now and I’m really happy with it. The dual baskets are very practical because I can cook two different things at the same time, which saves a lot of time during dinner. Food comes out crispy without needing much oil and it cooks much faster than my oven. I also like the clear window so I can check the food without opening the drawer. It’s easy to use and cleaning the baskets is simple too. Overall, a great air fryer and definitely worth it for everyday cooking.
I ordered a rice cooker from this company to give as a Christmas gift. When it arrived there was no packaging just a postage label stuck on the product box which was haphazardly cellotaped up. It looked second hand. I emailed them and they collected it. I told them it was a present and I would like it packaged so that it looked presentable. I have just received a replacement in exactly the same state. Too late to return as it is needed for Christmas. I emailed them again and immediately received an email from Royal Mail saying they would be picking up a parcel. Have Instant Pot initiated this with no consultation with me? I am getting very angry now. Wouldn't buy from this inaccessible company again as I usually don't buy from sites that don't provide chat or phone number.Update:I did receive a fairly prompt response to my last email and it would seem it wasn't Instant Pot who sent the Royal Mail returns email. Very strange as I don't wish to return anything.
InstantPot is easy to use, efficient and yields great results. I love the size of the mini one, as it's easy to store and allows us to make precisely the amount we need. I also love the blue colour, which matches my kitchen beautifully.
