Attempted to cancel sub 2 weeks before next charge ($40/m - half the price of xero for a docx editor...), webapp cancellation did nothing, support responded to my email but just told me to get lost.Been with em for years, I guess they sold off at some point and current owners are just trying to milk every last customer.Avoid and have your bank charge back any payments you can as soon as possible.Update 18/04 - it seems support has decided to act on this and has reversed the charge. I'm still waiting on email confirmation that the subscription has actually been cancelled (their web app subscription cancellation does not work - tried twice now).Will update review if this all goes to plan - for now it stays as this should not be this hard.
