Ordered a product that costs 6.99 at Walmart not knowing that ahead of time. My fault for watching a video on Facebook and thinking it was a good idea. They offered it for the sale price of 19.99. Sounds great when you are watching the video and thinking it’s the only place you can get it. Then to find out it’s coming from China and there is no way to track it because their track system doesn’t work. On top of that I’ve reached out by email 2 times now with no response in a week. Scammer company for sure. I wish I could make this viewable for anyone thinking about purchasing from this company before they make the mistake

If I could give it a zero star I would. I ordered a mug for Valentine’s Day. It arrived a month after ordering and when it did arrive, the mug was shattered to pieces. Reached out to them regarding the issue and they never replied. According to their policy I’m entitled a refund, I provided photos in the emails and nothing. Guessing their “policy” is more a of a guideline broken just like my mug.

Ordered a 3d valentine day card around January 11. After 2 weeks there was no shipping data provided. I followed up with the company and they “forgot” to send it. So I told them to cancel and refund but they refused. All of a sudden I received a tracking number. It never arrived for Valentine’s Day. If you review Instagram and Reddit you will see many people have issues with their product, shipping and service. They are just a Chinese scam company that have low quality products anyways. Don’t waste your time with anything from IVYEVER.

Avoid this store at all costs.

This store is a scam. I placed an order for $100 worth of items, and after two months, they still haven't provided any tracking information. I strongly advise against ordering from here. If I could, I'd give zero stars.

A Disappointing Experience

I guess this is on me. Lesson learned! I ordered a festive Santa flower pot that looked really nice. Unfortunately, it seems the service either delivered it to the wrong address or not at all. I should have paid attention to the negative reviews. It feels like I wasted $50.

Misleading advertising

This is misleading advertising at its worst. I regret my purchase. For the anniversary advent calendar, the advertising showed someone pouring whiskey from a small bottle. What I received were tiny, cheap ornaments that aren't even whiskey. The hassle of putting them on the tree is greater than the actual items. Do not buy!
