DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! Put in the order June 2nd. After a few weeks I sent an email asking what happened. Got a response that said they were moving their warehouse from Hong Kong to Tokyo. After a month I sent another email and received no response. They were quick to take my money, but are now bothered that I want the order I was promised, and can’t seem to respond to emails anymore. So I guess I’m out of $60. Total scam.

Beware

Terrible to No service. BeWare!I've placed an order 2 weeks ago got confirmation, money was transferred and Noting since, Zero communication! I've sent 2 emails, whatsaap, FacebookM, Instagram DM and No replies to any of these. It might be a fraud cause the money was immediately taken and product was never sent.

Frustratingly Long Delay

I'm incredibly frustrated with this company. I ordered my first time in May and STILL haven't gotten my order. It took me reaching out to them to get any info on what was happening and even then they weren't able to even give me an estimate on when my parcel might arrive. I was talked out of canceling the order last month by an employee, but at this point I'm thinking the money would've been better spent somewhere else. Most of the snacks I picked are available on Amazon, Haisue, or other online candy stores that I know will get my order to me within a month. 64 days and counting. This is ridiculous.The only reason I gave two stars is because the staff I talked to were very polite.*Edit: Coming up on three months and still nothing. I reached out to the company to cancel. Don't recommend this shop at all based on my experience.

Bad experience

I had an order on may 14th, have yet to receive any update on my order and when I contacted support through email, I have not recieved a response and it’s been longer than the 1 business day they claim.

Feels like a scam

Also made an order on 26th April and have received no communication since so feels like I’ve been scammed. I know it’s been golden week so I’ve given some grace, but no confirmation or updates for two weeks and no response to emails is very concerning.
