I received a card at the beginning of the year, I couldn't register it online as the website was down, so I registered it over the phone. I continued to have issues with it not working, so I tucked it away and didn't think about it again until today, tried to register again - didn't work. Tried to call - didn't work, tried to speak to someone on the phone - didn't work. There is $250.00 gone.
