Update - changed to 3 stars as I was able to locate the bag in a different postal area and the product is nice. Turns out Kapten&Son didn't give the courier my contact info (like most retailers do) which complicated the interactions between myself and the courier.---------- Original review -----------Slow and unhelpful customer service - delivery was attempted a couple of days late so I wasn't in and I still have no idea where my order is, can't get a response from parcelforce & customer services say they can't help and just reiterate what's on the tracking link ("at a post office" but I live in an area with hundreds of parcel drop off points & post offices). Waiting to see if they'll give me a refund before doing a chargeback on my card.
