Elegant Bali Bag

Ordered a Bali bag from them, it is beautiful elegant bag. Very Happy with my purchase. Also, since it was imported from Germany HMRC mistakenly added custom tax to it, contacted Kapten and Son support, they are happy to reimburse the custom charges. Great support.

Product amazing/ Delievery horrible

Product amazing, delievery horrible. DHL claimed that they were not able to reach me even though I was waiting at home. They stored the package at a post office and I had to go there.
