I had a very disappointing experience ordering from Khuda Baksh.
I placed an order and had it shipped locally to a friend. My friend then brought the outfit overseas to me. When I finally received the package, I discovered that the wrong item had been sent.
I contacted customer service by email to resolve the issue. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and offering a reasonable solution, they told me that I would have to ship the item back from the original location where it was delivered in order for them to fix the problem. This is not possible because the item is now with me abroad.
I even offered a compromise: I said I would purchase the correct item if they covered the shipping, since the error was on their end. They refused and said there was nothing else they could do.
Mistakes happen, but the way a company handles them matters. Unfortunately, Khuda Baksh showed no willingness to take responsibility or work toward a fair solution. Buyers should be cautious when ordering, especially if the item is being shipped internationally or through someone else.

I want to add that I shared my experience on their Instagram page under their posts. They keep deleting it. They could just fix their mistake instead of putting all this effort into hiding it.

Had an awful experience buying from KhudaBaksh!Dont fall for their collection online because its no where near to what they show! I placed an order from them, a full glare farshi shalwaar and what I recieved was a total waste of money! freaking 27000! on top of that, their customer service is worst!!! Message to the brand, please teach your sales rep and customer support how to speak with customers!Save your money!
I placed an order they said I will receive in 14 days as its cash on delivery within pakistan. The suit arrived in August 2025 but was the wrong size, I had ordered XL they sent me Small kameez and small under lining and XL trouser. I told them they said they will collet in 10 day or in 6 weeks whenever the delivery company will collect so I came back to the UK leaving my suit for collection and it has not still been collected and it is 20th Jan 2026. I've contacted them many times all they say is when ever the courier company can collect. This is an absolute joke, I am very disappointed never to order from them again
i ordered a few dresses which were shown to be in stock on their website, however after placing the order, they told me it will take 25 days to arrive because they do not have the item in stock and they physically have to make it before shipping.very disappointed and felt like betrayed.

Each time I've followed up, I've been informed that the item is part of a new collection, which is causing delays. While I understand that new collections can take time, I find it frustrating that I have not received a clear timeline for when I can expect my order.It would be helpful if this information were prominently displayed on the website alongside new collection items. This way, customers would be aware of potential delays before placing an order. Overall, my experience with customer service has been disappointing.
AVOID!!! Best to pay extra and shop elsewhere! I purchased a suit online had I delivered to Pakistan as my cousin brought it back for me, the sizes are a joke! Small was XSmall, so I decided to order a Medium and have it delivered to the uk, I paid £50 for fast delivery (7/10 days) it arrived 18days later I contacted the customer service in between they were extremely rude and unprofessional! Once my suit arrived they lumbered me with a random dupatta and made up a silly excuse refused to refund me or replace my dupatta (dupatta only) in fact just ignored my messages.. also blames DHL for late delivery when it had nothing to do with DHL! Please avoid most of these unprofessional Pakistani brands are just greedy for your money they don’t care about the customer or value your needs!
They are most pathetic designer brand, I am not sure if they are proper brand or not.I have ordered clothes, and I checked it almost after few days to try them as I was busy and I trusted the brand like others but when I opened the dress all the embroidery and sequins were rusted when I contacted them, they said it will not be return.For online customers please be aware they are scam brand who will sell rusted clothes and old clothes.Please boycott this brand.
They are very unprofessional. I gave them order for large dress. They send me small size. I again placed order for large dress with red dopptta. They send black dopptta. Very unprofessional. They have staff very unprofessional. I many times requested to please check my order than dispatch. When I received. Messed up my order. At watsapp group I 10 times requested about my order. They are very unprofessional.
