All the scarves are of good quality. While I appreciate the emphasis on environmental protection, buying 14 scarves with only two sheets of paper for packaging makes them difficult to store. Additionally, online shopping doesn't provide options for smaller bags like in physical stores, which means I have to purchase new bags for gifting.
During my visit to Edinburgh in October 2025, I bought scarves from a local store that stood out among many others in the city. After returning to the USA and with Christmas approaching, I wished I had purchased more for gifts. In a last-minute search, I checked the website and was amazed to find they could ship to me from Scotland in just three days at excellent prices. This was by far the BEST service I have ever encountered. The ordering process was stress-free, and the tracking was impressive. I was thrilled with the entire experience. A positive experience - I'm aware that reviews have varied! The coat is just the right length for warmth and practicality, and it looks as beautiful as I had hoped. I really appreciated the detailed measurements on the website that showed the seamlines and garment construction. I compared them with another jacket I own and got the size right on the first try. My only slight concern is that the sleeves are a bit narrower than I would prefer for a winter sweater underneath.
I placed my order and received it within days. It's incredibly soft, brightly colored, and the price was fantastic. As a proud Scottish lady, I adore my tartan and will wear it with pride. I ordered three pullovers but never received them due to incorrect tax billing from the courier and poor customer service (after five calls and four emails to various contacts, I still have received no response). I hope for a reimbursement soon.
