Very disappointed with the quality of products and after sales service.I bought a cashmere cardigan for my wife in November as a Christmas present. It cost around £100. Within two months of having it, after wearing it on only a very few occasions, the neck has become detached from the body of the garment and, despite repeated appeals to the shop in Edinburgh and their customer service department, we have been unable to obtain either a refund or replacement.
The shop in Oxford is committing fraud. They put products on sale and charge the whole price. It is not possible to return products or get a refund of any kind. Embarrassing for the company and the shop in particular DONT EVER SHOP HERE
Ordered an item in a timely fashion - it was sent with the security tag still on.I returned it immediately for next day delivery (Saturday) for them to return ASAP as I intended to wear for ladies day at Cheltenham (Wednesday) which I stated to them. The item was not returned, and I had to chase them, consequently it arrived after ladies day (obviously not been processed).I have been awaiting them to refund my postage, and have had to chase them again. Finally received postage refund. But no real apology. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this company.
I had a tweed handbag before, got it as a gift, loved it! Now I ordered from Kiltane two cross over body bag and an earmuff. Arrived in a few days. Nice and safe packaging. Quality is absolutely 5*. The color is just like on the pics. But size wise it is not 24x24x4 cm, mine is 26x26x7 cm.I think it worth the money. First order on the website, received 15% discount. Nice!
My last minute google shopping took me from Sydney, Australia to Kiltane of Scotland on 21/12/21. I bought my niece for her birthday, a 100% Casmere scarf & beanie gift set & a beanie & mittens gift set, who lives in Garland, Texas, USA & she received them on 24/12/21. I was expecting for my niece to receive her items before the new year, but, for her to receive them before Christmas, was such a bonus that I truly appreciated. Superb service from a lovely company.I came across Kiltane when I visited York. Friendly staff in the shops as well as online. Very fast delivery, fast returns (I returned two of the six items I bought).Will definitely buy from again, in fact, I may be buying the stole this morning.
