The review would have been 5* if it was purely about the driver/delivery man who was an absolute trooper!However the people behind the delivery vans/rotas, etc were quite unorganised and provided a pretty substandard service. Delivery of a very large item that is clearly a 2 man job clearly should never be allocated for 1 man to do. Furthermore, reliance on the customer offering to help (because they are eager take receipt of the item) doesn't bode well for possible safety or accidents during the transfer!
