Chelsea FC mugs not as pictured at all!

Ordered 2 Chelsea mugs which arrived in good time. Sadly, they were nothing like the pictured item! The colour is wrong and the Chelsea logo much too small. Very disappointing! I emailed the company but have not had a response to my complaint yet. I certainly won’t be using this company again and cannot recommend their goods at all.

7 months and still have not received item

I ordered two kits in December 2022. The items were dispatched late December and it’s been 7 months. However, I still have not received my jerseys. The Fan chat on the website is never attended and I have sent multiple emails but no response. Absolutely hopeless customer service.

Do not use …

Ordered a Christmas present on the 16th December , paid for next day delivery . Still hasn’t turned up and I have made several attempts to contact kitbag with no reply from them at all . Update on the website just says processing so itStill hasn’t been shipped . Awful experience and would not recommend anyone else using these . They are quick enough to take your money , I understand sometimes delays happen but to just ignore customers for nearly 3 weeks is poor customer service . They then reply asking for your details to look into and then don’t come back to you .

Ordered 2 shirts for Xmas on December…

Ordered 2 shirts for Xmas on December 6th..one arrived in the wrong size and the other is yet to arrive..trying to return one but the order number not being accepted..sent email with no reply..terrible terrible service..first and last time ordering from this place!Received a message on Trustpilot from Kitbag asking to email details to their customer service which I did but once again no response or reply..severe lack of customer service!

Ordered last year

Ordered last year, did not receive order. It cost me the price of the jerseys to eventually make contact in the UK with several phone calls. Received the goods eventually but I was messed around by their customer services and every email they provide had an OOO stating the mailbox is not monitored. I tried to order 1 item this year and the website initially offered me lower rate of delivery and it’s now forcing me to accept the 25.00 euro priority delivery option only. I’m not bothered to deal with this company anymore. I thought I’d give them a second chance but I’m done now.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I bought 4 items at the start of December 2022 but only received 3 and they told me the 4th item was pending. So I asked for a refund if they couldn't complete the order 17 emails later oh they have NO phone number I contacted PayPal for a refund now 20/2/23 they have said because Kitbag have a delivery number they won't refund even though it is still showing the 4th item pending stay away 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Total scum I'm out £84

Under the consumer rights act you are given the legal right to get a refund for goods that are not as described.They sent me a shirt in XXL instead of large. I have attempted to send the shirt back with free return via their online portal (which they promised) but nothing has been done about this despite ringing over and over again and load of emails from me (they never respond).I started this refund request on the 2nd and this still hasn't been resolved. I will be reporting the business to trading standards and I encourage everyone else in the same situation to do the same.

I ordered a shirt on the 1st Dec to be delivered in time for X-mas, it still hasn't arrived, I'm assuming they must be a scam site as they have mostly negative reviews from others and can't be contacted.

Zero customer service - no way of contacting them if they make an error or getting a refund.

I ordered a goalie jersey for my son as a Christmas gift at the end of last year. I paid extra to have the jersey personalised with a players name. The jersey arrived with the wrong name on it. I followed the steps to return the jersey and paid the extra $33 for postage as I was promised this would be refunded as the error was on kitbag. They received my item 4 weeks ago and I have not heard a thing. I tried calling the number which they don't answer and I also emailed their "customer service" and received the reply that their customer service email is not monitored??? So I am left with no jersey and out of pocket for the jersey, the extra charge for personalising it PLUS the return postage. I have no way of contacting this company. This is incredibly disappointing. I will not be using this company again.Update** after posting my review I was promptly attended to by customer service and refunded in full. I appreciate the prompt response however, it’s a shame it took writing a review to get any kind of follow up.
