I placed an order on Saturday, 6th Dec at 9:44 am and immediately emailed to cancel it at 9:53 am. I received a response from the support team at 9:59 am, expressing regret about my cancellation request. Given the short time frame, I expected that processing hadn't begun yet. However, I received no further communication until today, when I was informed that my order was on its way. Their email indicated that processing takes 1-4 days after an order is received, so I can't understand why my cancellation wasn't honored. I'm very dissatisfied.
