Review Time
I was worried after reading negative reviews—wondering if they were fake? I ordered a glass on the 11th and it arrived on the 1st of December (I’m in the UK). The item is fantastic and has a nice weight. I even emailed for a delivery estimate since it wasn't provided on the site, and they replied the same day with an accurate timeframe.
I purchased the Fuji glasses before checking reviews and was anxious. They arrived today after about four weeks, and I’m pleasantly surprised; they are really nice glasses in a balsam wood box, complete with a Mt. Fuji coaster and free whisky stones. I’m not an expert, but they appear handblown with no seams and just a small dot on the bottom.
I ordered two glasses and, after reading poor reviews, my expectations were low. To my surprise, I was very pleased. I followed up on my order, and Customer Services responded immediately with an update. When the glasses arrived, they were well-packaged and matched the images I had seen. I am very satisfied with the product.
Their website suggests you're buying 'Original Japanese style Craftsmanship,' but that's far from the truth. While there’s nothing wrong with the glasses, they are no different from mass-produced Chinese glassware. If you need everyday glasses, there are much cheaper options available elsewhere. If you want something special, you'll be let down, as I was. Plus, returning them means you'll pay for shipping back to China.
I ordered a set of four whiskey glasses for £93.5, drawn in by a fancy advertisement. I ordered on the 6th of November, and they arrived on the 26th. The packaging was shockingly cheap, just bubble wrap in a plastic bag. There was no information included about the glasses or the company. While the glasses are beautiful, they are only 6 cm tall and not truly whiskey glasses. Overall, very disappointing.
This is a scam. Do not buy any products from them. My 'handcrafted, authentic Japanese origin' whiskey glass arrived today, and it is incredibly cheap! It has seams from a cast, lacks shine, and is nothing like what was advertised. I paid a significant amount for this disappointing item. Now I need to figure out how to get a refund. It was supposed to be a special Christmas gift for my son, and I'm angry and disappointed to have been scammed.
This would be a zero rating if that was allowed. What a dreadful company. My order took forever to arrive and when it did it came in a cheap cardboard box. The glass itself was no way handmade and light as a feather. Apparently returns are to be made to China! Still fighting this one……
