Embarrassing

Embarrassing. You would never say they are any different from 99 cents store glasses. In addition, they come plainly wrapped, without even a sticker to pretend that they are something special. There is no box of any kind. Nothing.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would! I did actually receive a glass but this does not look like the glass I ordered. It’s so cheaply made and it isn’t even glass!!! I asked to return for a refund but they are expecting me to pay for this. They said they will give me a 20% refund, which is utterly pointless!

Fraudulent company selling cheap tat. Don’t be fooled

Do not waste your money on anything this company sells. They buy cheap glasses from AliExpress for less than £1 and then drop ship them. They are not made in Japan, they are not handmade and they weigh practically nothing.I cannot believe this company has not been shut down.I’ve opened a case with my credit company for fraud and I am also contacting various fraud teams to try and get this website shut down before more people are scammed.Do not be fooled by their slick website. They are fraudsters and they know it.

Couldn't be more satisfied

Couldn't be more satisfied! The glasses arrived perfectly packaged, look exactly like the photos, and feel amazing. This is luxury glassware done right. Will definitely order more.
