This is by far the worst company ever. I ordered my item. They said it’s been delivered. I checked and it was not!When purchasing, I made a mistake on the address, I wrote them right away, they confirmed that the address was changed.After not receiving any package, I wrote customer service. The response was insane. Per the email julia (Support)Aug 22, 2025, 09:35 GMT+8Hello,According to the shipping information, your package has been delivered.If you do not receive it, please check your mailbox or ask your family, friends or neighbors to see if someone receives it for you.If the above measures fail, please go to the local post office with the courier number.The number is Going to some random stranger and Asking random people for my stuff is not safe now a days.And so I was I just fed up and wanted my money back.This company is a scam.I waited 30 days for my package and paid a nice price, did not get my product and won’t give me my money back.Please don’t use this company.It’s TERRIBLE I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THESE COMMENTS!
