As confirmed by other buyers of the decanter, it looks nothing like the website image. It’s a cheap imitation, much smaller than depicted, and made entirely of clear glass with no detailing. I will be contacting my bank to dispute this charge.
Absolutely delightful! I bought a decorative piece for my mother-in-law, and when it arrived, I almost wanted to keep it for myself. It’s elegant, refined, and has a calming energy. She placed it in her entryway and declared it her favorite piece this holiday season.
I ordered a door mat. It was the correct size, but it was supposed to be seashells and pebbles. The 'shells' did not look like shells as shown in the pic. It is very thin. I would be embarrassed to put it out. I am getting my $50 back. I'm so upset.
Terrible store- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They represented a product with a photo and a description- when it arrived it looked like an incomplete casting without all of the details. I reached out about the defective product and they said they changed the design and it wasn’t made like the photo or as described. It looks terrible and very different. They say they are a store in Wyoming but are requiring my return to go back to China with tracking. That will cost about as much as my entire order, aweful!
This site is so misleading. Cheap, chemical smelling item arrived. Literally the skull knife block smelled of pure Formaldehyde. I contacted the company to return the item and they want me to ship it back (on my dime) to China, in order to return it. Because this is not listed as a requirement on their site, I have disputed with my bank. This site is shady a.f. Highly recommend avoiding this site like the plague.
One of the worst companies Ive purchased from. I was very excited about the bathroom towel rack I got. However, the shipping took over 3 weeks as it was coming from China. The product was terrible and could not hold the weight it listed. When asked to return, they take forever to respond to the emails and tells you that you have to ship it back to them to China, with the customer paying for the shipping. In addition, I paid for shipping to USA already! Their 30day return policy is bullshit. Poor quality, poor company, dont waste your money.
