To start off, I was in Paris ready to get my notebook from the store until I realized I had to wait for an hour to get it because of the personalizations but I had to leave for the airport 😭 my cousin, who was with me, saw how distraught I was & got me a gift card on the spot. When I got back home I did it online & it was so enjoyable! I was so happy to receive it in the mail too, I take it with me everywhere! So I got to have 2 experiences with LC, one at the store & another online & they both were lovely & helpful.
