I ordered the tyre inflator 2/3 weeks and have still not received it. I have written to the customer services and had replies advising that they run out then saying it would be delivered asap then changed the delivery company and it’s still not here. They told me that it was delivered 2 days ago and was signed for - but not by me. I have asked for a refund and now waiting for a response.I am totally let down by this company. They take the money when ordering and here I am with nothing. I am in my 70’s and can’t afford to be out of pocket by nearly £50Following on from my earlier experience I have have contact from Lumenvira who apologised for the difficulties I experienced and refunded the money yesterday. Thank you for the follow up. I am sorry I did not receive the tyre inflator but I am pleased to have had my money refunded. UPDATEFurther to my earlier review I have had further contact with Carolina at Lumenvira following receiving the very late delivery of the tyre inflator by Royal Mail. I have now reviewed my scoring to Five Stars we resolved the matter to my satisfaction and thank Carolina for her quick and helpful intervention.
