I ordered a product on 12/13/25 and received tracking information in a foreign language on 12/16/25 indicating it shipped. I've contacted the company three times for an update, but as of today, 1/7/26, I still have no response and no product. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had checked reviews beforehand.
