I had a great experience with Luxplus. The order arrived quickly and the products were of excellent quality. Everything was smooth and easy, and the service was very respectful and professional. I truly appreciate their great service and would definitely recommend them to others.
I bought some products from luxplus onetime and moved on but ever since, they've taking money from my account without my permission. This is a smooth scam for crying out loud. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. This is why i don't like online shopping.
SCAM 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨Scam company that signed me up for a membership without my knowledge! I was charged 89 kr every month for two years without knowing it. I only noticed it accidentally while checking some payment details in my bank account. That’s when I saw Luxplus appearing as a monthly charge
I made a purchase on the Luxplus website, and it was not made explicit that my card details would be used to create an ongoing paid membership subscription in exchange for future or theoretical discounts.There was no clear, separate, or explicit consent authorizing recurring charges to my card. As soon as I noticed the membership charge, I immediately requested a refund.However, my refund request was denied by the Luxplus support team, despite the fact that I did not knowingly or explicitly agree to a paid subscription.I am formally documenting this situation, as I consider the charge unauthorized due to the lack of clear and informed consent.Kind regards,Renata
I regret to make very strong statement about this company. It is very clearly tricking into membership with hidden payments. Even when trying to sign out, it can still continue. It feels extremely low to scam in such a way! It should be regulated these type of things. What’s even more sad that companies like Klarna relate to such cheating companies, it brings shadow on them too. Do not buy anything, if regulating bodies do not do enough, it’s consumers that shall boycott companies like that. I’m sure they will comment some stuff that there is some information that you need to search for or that something is noted when you order. I can assure you it’s absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
Not good communication takes money out of peoples account without having right to do so I have demand money back for 2 months now and no respond When I made an order they only send one product and never got moneybavk for the rest of my product that they said was no longer in stock but did not return any money back Now they taken 2 months when I mail I don’t want to be a member after that incident still they taking money Can not recommend this company
