Avoid this service - it's a scam!

This service is definitely a scam. I've been trying to reach out for weeks after placing an order that never arrived. I've received no responses whatsoever. It's best to steer clear of these scammers. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card. They generate an order number, but you never receive your items - order: essentials-2519231.

AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE. It's been almost 4 weeks with no updates, tracking number, or meaningful communication—just automated replies. I reported this to the payment service, but they seem indifferent, so I'm escalating it to the relevant authorities, as this shouldn't occur in the UK. I hope they can resolve this issue.

I placed an order for a game console on the 10th for my son. Despite repeated inquiries, I never received the item or any tracking information. All I get are the same automated responses that seem to go to everyone. When I respond, they ask for my name and order number but take no real action. I ordered a game console from a seller on social media, paying $68 through a financing service, but I never got any confirmation about my order.
