I had made an error when placing my order. I called Man Crates and I actually was able to speak to a real person (unlike a recent call with Xfinity). "Matt" was very helpful. We spent over 30 minutes trying to correct my error. He was patient and when he had questions on how to handle, he was able to get support from his supervisor immediately. He made the experience exceptional. This was my first time ordering from them but it certainly will not be my last. "Thank you" Man Crates for still demonstrating what real customer service is supposed to be like. Well done!
