I paid that much for this?!?!?!

For the amount of money I paid for this crate, or cardboard box, you would think the packaging would be a little better. It's covered with the shipping label that I can't remove, making it a terrible present to wrap. I also opened the box and everything was all over, nothing in the holders. Thankfully the ink didn't spill all on everything. There is absolutely NO WAY this should have cost $99. Maybe $30 at best. Total disappointment

I can not provide this company with enough stars! I placed a CUSTOMIZED/ PERSONALIZED order with Man Crates and had to unfortunately, cancel the order. The staff at Man Crates are so understanding and generous with the process. With 2020 being such a terrible year, this really spoke to me. I will continue spreading word of this company to peers for such an amazing gift! You will NOT be disappointed and I cannot speak highly of them enough. I am not one to ever take time to write reviews- even with bad experiences yet I found time because of how important and meaningful this team was to me!

I took a chance and ordered several gifts for some of our key customers without really knowing much about your company. Customers are calling and telling us this is the best gift they have ever received from a vendor. They love the packaging and the quality of the gifts is top notch. Also, the speed of delivery is wonderful. I ordered custom gifts a week ago, and most customers have received their engraved gifts already - one week from order date. Thank you! I'm so glad I found your company.

An experience from hell

Everything that could go wrong on an order went wrong on my order. While most of the reps were thorough and thoughtful, a couple of them just did not care about the order. Below are what went wrong:1. package delivered to the wrong place 2. Replacement order was not picked up and rep did not question and GUARANTEED that it will be delivered despite of it being picked up.3. Failed to initiate another replacement order to get delivered the next day because first replacement order did not get picked up -- Did not notify customer and I had to call back again for this4. Shipped out the wrong order ( and delivered late) 5. Asked to speak to a manager and never received a call back even though promised. I spent over 2 hours in total with their customer service team and in the end had to cancel all of my orders and still ruined a birthday surprise and an early Christmas present. Management does not give the reps power to compensate customers loss of time and the experience, all they can do is continuing to create replacement orders, refund shipping cost, and ask for the wrong shipment to get shipped back.

A Christmas Surprise

Got this for my brother for Christmas. It arrived very quickly. There was great communication regarding shipping. It was carefully package. I am sure my brother is going to be so surprised. It looks on the outside just like a regular toolbox so I'm sure my brother will wonder why he is getting such a gift. (he is not very handy). But once opened, he will love it. I recommend this company.

I bought my husband the whiskey…

I bought my husband the whiskey appreciation crate, it was worth every penny!! It got here so fast and the decanter and glasses are amazing!! He absolutely loved how he had to open the crate and was blown away by all the things that came with it!!

Outrageous Shipping Costs

Looked like a cool concept. Went to order the DIY smoker only to have the shipping cost come out to $300!!!!! Insane!! Customer service was fairly quick to respond and offered a 25% discount. Wow $30 savings since it's not going to change the cost of shipping. Not impressed.

The best customer service!

I was shopping on man crates for my boyfriend and I accidentally ordered 2 boxes. I tried to cancel my order but it already shipped, but I spoke to Hailey about how I can mail one of them back. She proceeded to give me a full refund for the one I accidentally bought and told me to keep the other one! That is the nicest customer service I've ever received and they will definitely be getting a 5 star review just for that!!

Expect more for the price

Ugh...super disappointed that they did not ship my gift in an unmarked box or at a minimum, a separate box. Not only is my gift now covered in tape and a packing label that I cannot remove, but my husband got the mail and was wondering why I got something from Man Crates. Ruined the surprise!

Perfect every year.....until now! Disapointed

I have been shopping at Man Crates for at least 7 years, buying multiple gifts for every male relative or friend who has been with me through out the year and has showed me all of the wonderful things that I have to be grateful for. I've always purchased the crates because I get such a kick out of watching them open the crate with the crowbar. Well, this year I started early and I ordered two gifts. I was soooooo disappointed when I received both gifts and neither one was wrapped in a crate. (I know some gifts state that they are not in a crate, like the diabolical duct tape, or if they are ornaments or what have you. But I do not remember this on my purchases. Anyways, I really thought about sending it back because I could've just made them a gift basket instead of buying an expensive one that I thought would arrive in a crate, for 4x's the cost. Thank you for the good times that I shared with friends and family, my loved ones, because of your gifts, but I don't feel that same connection this year. I really hope it's just a glitch in the Matrix.....we'll see.
