Received the 7.62 ammo can of jerky! From my daughter, it was the best jerky I've had!! Unique packaging by far being a former Marine it doesn't get any better!! The fact that it was free range beef makes the difference in taste and texture, the flavors were unbelievable!
Forgot to order the Knife Tool Kit when I ordered the Bowie Knife for my husband. Did not know that it had to be ordered with the knife and not separately. Had an on line chat with Hailey B. and the took kit is on it's way. Great customer service. Thank you again Hailey B.!!!!
I had ordered the whiskey appreciation crate some months ago and was enjoying it thoroughly. I unfortunately set my decanter in a bad spot and it fell and broke. I emailed Man Crates and got no response (BUT WAIT) they simply sent me another one a few days later at no charge. I will no only be a repeat customer but encourage anyone/everyone to use their products. Not just because they replaced my item no questions asked but because i enjoy everything I get.
I ordered a build your own smoker for my husband, unfortunately it was out of stock after I had ordered it. Mancrates contacted me immediately and apologized and offered condolences. I have ordered from here before and they are always on time with shipping. This little glitch will not stop me from being a repeat customer!
LOVED THIS.Got my boyfriend the beef jerky Man Crate and it was so much fun watching him break into it.There was a defected jerky package in the crate but I contacted them and was so surprised at their quick response. Needless to say, I got a replacement jerky package and IT WAS DELICIOUS. Their jerky slaps.10/10 would gift again.
The crate that I ordered for Fathers Day arrived in time and I was so excited for my dad, the handyman, to open! He had so much fun trying to open the crate and we laughed at the experience. Unfortunately, one of the items opened during shipment. I contacted Man Crates about it and within 48 hours they had resolved my concern beyond my expectations. This was not my first Man Crate order and it will definitely not be my last!
I wish I didn’t have to mark a star I’m so disappointed with all the items I ordered for the men in my life for Fathers Day.... I video recorded the experience from beginning to end the crate took less than 30 seconds to open I was so embarrassed and very upset I literally thought it would at least take each of them 5 or more minutes The Sriracha box items were moving around it should’ve been more secure inside they need to package there products more securely....one and done I will never order ever again from this company what a waste of time I could’ve just put the package together myself and glued it down for even a better bargain I just realized that’s what I will do for next gift package it myself and use gorilla glue and save on everything....mancrates you have to do much better than this
