I ordered a crate from this company. It was out of stock. They emailed me when it was in stock, so I ordered it again. It was for Father's Day. Five days before Father's Day, I get an email saying they are out of stock on this crate. Totally ruined a Father's Day surprise. VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!
My boyfriend received his box and it was already open and broken. I contacted customer service and they told me they would send me a new box. They told me to pick a box and they would get it sent out to me. It has been over a month and no response on when they will ship out the new box. Such a disappointment since this was a birthday present.
My husband opened in 38 seconds without hesitation. I love the idea of it and so did he. But I was disappointed he was able to open it so quickly. Also the kabob sticks were ones on amazon for 12 dollars. We haven’t tasted the sauces yet. But I guess I expected more for spending almost 80 dollars
Husband's birthday snuck up on me. Went on this site to see if anything inspired me for him and found a kick a** present for him. Ordered it and received it the next day (his birthday!). This was the most unique and most beautiful gifts. I was so pleased With my first purchase which came so fast ! I am ordering 2 more!! I was worried that it would be too small or items where tiny and not worth it, but they are NORMAL sized! And the glasses are beautiful and the custom etching and carving is Just stunning.
Great Birthday gift idea for him! So my order got lost in the mail and when I contacted Man Crates, they sent out a replacement ASAP. Not only did it arrive on time still, the lost crate showed up too. They sent FedEx back to pick it up and it all worked out perfect. My hubby loved his yummy selection of jerky and even shared with me! Will def purchase from them again!!
I am giving an average rating because of 2 reasons...number one my birthday message got cut off. Instead of saying happy birthday to my love, it said happy birthday to my lo. Kind of silly but I would think quality control would check to make sure the whole message gets printed. Second was the shipping. For $15 shipping, I would have hoped it would come on time. It was 2 days late and unfortunately missed his birthday by a day, but he was still excited even though I had to tell him about it before he got it. Packaging was great. Product seems high quality. Would purchase again!

My wife and I have purchased from mancrates multiple time and receive emails with discounts which we have never used until today when I purchased a birthday gift for my son. I went through the purchase process almost to the end. When I remembered the disount and went back to apply it the shipping cost went up exactly the amount of the discount to arrive the same day. Wow! what a scam
