I've used Marcus for about 3 years now after I received an inheritance and researched Martin Lewis' advice about savings. It's been a pleasure tbh, all my family use Marcus now as well.The website is nice looking and easy to use. More recently I've started using the app too which makes it even easier using Face ID.The transferral of funds is always very speedy. I made a big transfer today for a house purchase and the money literally arrived in my bank account within minutes.What's particularly impressive about Marcus is their excellent standard of customer service. They honestly have the most professional, courteous and well-spoken people on the other side of the phone that we've ever had! As opposed to the miserable, mumbling, aggravating responses you usually get from customer call teams lol.I have to knock a star off because they are no longer competitive for easy access savings... which is the main reason I went with them in the first place 3 years ago. Will have to shop around again if they don't improve the interest rate soon, but I'll be sad to leave them because this is a great company.
