Their support service is great; you send an email & get a reply back within a couple of hours, they're so easy to talk to & always polite & helpful.The platform is more than easily accessible, & with the recent update it doesn't just look easier but pretty too.I bought a $5 challenge account, & through the whole evaluation phase they were more than helpful & calming whilst I was waiting to get the account, whenever I had a question they'd get back to me, whenever I was curious they'd still get back to me.
