After I ordered my first medical kit, I received the kit sooner than expected and the packaging was excellent. All items are labeled clearly and the information packet that came with the kit is informative and of course useful. I ordered the spike protein, medical kit and emergency kit. I have done my own homework on TWC’s medical staff and I trust their information and willingness to get out to the public the products that are safe, trustworthy and reliable. Great customer service as well. No phone calls BUT, I was Very satisfied and relieved as to how quickly TWC customer care responded to my email and VERY soon after, TWC graciously took care of me and the questions I had.
