Yunus was very responsive and helpful. He answered all of my questions, and worked with me to resolve the issue at hand. Our website was down for over 2 weeks, and I had to go through a couple channels to get it back up. I was really grateful for the chat, and that the issue was finally resolved today. I was told propagation could take 2-24 hours to complete, but the site was back up within an hour of the completion of our chat!
