I purchased a Miele KM6322 cooktop installed as part of a luxury apartment development, expecting the “premium German quality” the brand is known for. It has completely failed before even reaching 10 years of age. Failed at 8 years!Miele’s response?❌ No repair.❌ No replacement.❌ No support.Just a refusal to help because it’s “out of warranty” — despite the fact that this is a high-end product that should last far longer under normal residential use.Miele expects customers to pay for their technicians just to confirm what is already clear — that their appliances are no longer built to last. This isn't a budget brand. This is a company charging top dollar for what now appears to be disposable white goods.Their reputation for reliability is outdated. Their customer service?
