I have been scammed

I have been scammed. They charged me for a subscription that I did not do; it is not possible to see on my account that I have an active subscription neither I received any email that proved it. They charged me 28 euro and no idea that I had this subscription. You cannot eventually cancel it on the app because you don’t see it and you have to contact the customer service. Please don’t even download this app
