My son recently got a Mixx StreamBuds Solo 2 but unfortunaltely he lost the charging case on a bus while coming from school. I tried lostand found,but couldnt get the case. Then I tried online chat with Mixx customer service and got a prompt reply from Ben. After sharing the details , he said this theft or damage is not covered under warranty, still he is kind enough to send a new one, free of cost. I really appreciate your support and thanks a lot Mixx customer service, as without the charging case we cant use the earbuds.
