I recently purchased the MIXX streambuds Hybrid Charge which didn't seem to be working as expected after a couple of months. I reached out to MIXX customer services and the response from George was just simply amazing!! He took down all my details and asked me to provide as much information as possible regarding the issue, upon receipt of my written submission MIXX reacted quickly to organise free shipment of goods for return. Within days I received an email explaining that the fault had been discovered and I would be receiving replacement product. A new set of buds were shipped within a couple of working days. Excellent service!!! Great resolution of an issue!
