spent over $2,000 with Mocka and honestly wish I hadn’t. Most of the furniture arrived with defects, scratches, and parts that didn’t fit properly. When I reached out to customer service, they didn’t seem to care at all and offered no real help or solutions. It’s incredibly disappointing to spend that much money and be treated like it doesn’t matter. The quality is poor, and the service is even worse. Be careful — I wouldn’t recommend buying from Mocka to anyone.
I purchased an entertainment unit for my 55” TV. While it looks nice, there are serious manufacturing flaws that have damaged my flooring. When it first arrived, I noticed production-related defects, which already raised concerns about quality. On top of this, the centre support leg has been poorly designed. Because it bears weight unevenly, the unit is unstable and wobbles, even under normal use. This middle leg has caused irreparable denting to my cork flooring, while the four corner legs left no marks. The unit was assembled exactly according to the instructions. Even with the tv removed the issue remains. When I raised the issue with Mocka, they attempted to shift responsibility onto me and my TV. They did offer a goodwill refund, which I accepted, but this does not change the fact that the product is faulty and has ruined my flooring. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Buyers should be aware that Mocka units likely have multiple quality issues, including instability and cause potential floor damage and that support from the company may not fully acknowledge these defects and turn it back on you.I would not recommend Mocka and I caution anyone considering this purchase. It is cheap and badly designed.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM MOCKA I bought desk table and king single bed the desk table quality is so terrible there is dent and cut and some area is repaint (there is dust inside of the paint) I tried to contact but there is no respond Better go IKEA easy return and respond
2 barstools ordered. Took a week to arrive. One came without screws. And the legs were numbered wrongly so that was interesting. I was asked to email a photo of the missing items???? Lol Another week waiting for screws. They finally arrived but in a different colour, black instead of silver. Will never buy from them again.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this brand. I’ve had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered.I ordered two rugs online, but when they arrived, the colours looked noticeably different from what was advertised. I reached out to their customer service team to request a refund due to the misleading product images.Instead of addressing my concern, the representative immediately stated that refunds weren’t possible — a claim that contradicts basic consumer rights. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, I was asked to "send a photo." After doing so, I was told the rug “looks the same as online” and my concern was dismissed without further discussion.I explained that I had not even opened one of the rugs and was eventually sent a return form — but only after pressing the issue. This entire interaction left me extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of professionalism in their customer service. It's clear that the company does not prioritise customer satisfaction or uphold the standards expected in online retail.
I have purchased a few furnitures at Mocka.I don't have any problems really with the furnitures I bought. For me, they are practical, simple yet beautiful just how I like it...Only thing is, I hope that Mocka be mindful of the delivery service that they use to make sure that furnitures will be delivered undamaged.
Avoid buying from here. It's IKEA furniture that is half the quality and double the price. I received an item that was already damaged and one of the crucial screws had a fault, which has compromised the structural integrity of the whole item. Also, impossible to get a hold of any customer service, which is the last thing you want with a newborn.
I ordered for a convertible cot, mattress, and mattress protector. I got them a fee days before the delivery date (13Jan) posted on their tracking site, which was awesome. It was a partial delivery (mattress protector) so I emailed them on the supposed delivery date. I got a quick response and I got a few more emails from them giving me an update about the remaining. I got the mattress protector a few days after their email and forgot to notify them. Today, I got an email from their customer service about the remaining item to confirm if I have received them. It was a minor inconvenience coz we wanted to set up bub’s cot but at least everything was delivered and they were prompt on their response and actions.
Ordered 2 cots 2 December and received a partial delivery. It is now 27 December and still no second cot and our twins are urgently needing to be out of their bassinets. Constantly being told courier company has been contacted for an update. Just re send the second cot! You've charged us for furniture we have not received!
