Great customer service

Had some minor technical issues with my routers firewall trying to install the software. One email to MS Software and they solved the issue straight away. Great customer service.

Excellent support response

The response from MSSoftware was surprisingly quick. I received a reply at 23:58 on a Sunday, shortly after emailing my query.The problem I was experiencing was thought to be a security issue, which it turned out to be. The software has now been installed and activated.Many thanks.

Purchased 4 months ago Never again

I purchased14 July 2025 but had to purchase new laptop. I know that the software was one time only but after only 4 months I find it ridiculous. Stay away from them unless you want to constantly pay

I made little progress initially…email worked better than Chat function for me.

I made little progress initially because it was difficult to express my problem clearly enough via the chat function. I was diverted to that function because when I tried phoning for advice I never got to speak to anyone - just pressed to use the Chat box. Only when I emailed and I got help from Steve was I able to explain fully. He was very patient and understanding.
