Out of all the reading apps I've tried, this one stands out as the most user-friendly and affordable. Besides the $9.99 weekly subscription, earning rewards for free reading is quite simple. This means I can read without spending money unless I decide to binge-read! The customer support is exceptional; they responded to my email promptly, and I communicated with a real person, not a bot. They were very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. Plus, there are some unique plots available, and not all books are graphic.

This app is very easy to use. My experience has been amazing. There are a few minor bugs, but the support team is excellent. It's user-friendly with no annoying ads while reading, even when switching between books. Best of all, there's a wide variety of books available. I enjoy the comment section at the end of each chapter, where I can share my thoughts and see others' opinions, although some of my comments didn't appear. I can simply rephrase them, but the waiting period for chapter unlocks—8 hours—feels a bit long. A reduction to 6 or 5 hours would be preferable, in my opinion.
So far, I have found the books on this app better written/edited than some other reading apps. I really appreciate how many ways you can earn "coins" to continue reading for free without waiting as long. I have had a couple glitches that I reported to customer support and received quick feedback and assistance. My only drawback is that I wish there wasn't so much of a limitation on the number of ads you can watch per day to receive more coins.
I love the stories on this app, the ease of obtaining free chapters and coins and the ease with purchasing coins. I did that today and had some issue that had something to do with a previous account I apparently had. The customer service team was great in fixing my issue and awarding my coins with some extra for the trouble going above and beyond. Great experience.

Plus, now you can watch an ad after each chapter to earn coins for reading more books. This approach could reduce complaints about costs per chapter. Despite the claims of 'free reading,' it’s important to note that it isn't entirely free. The cost of chapters often exceeds the daily free coins. The platform has also added a wider selection of books across various genres. Lastly, customer service was fantastic today in helping me find the title of an e-novel I saw while gaming.
