I've reached out twice for updates and to confirm if it will arrive before Christmas, but I keep getting the same generic reply: “We are still processing the order and you’ll be notified when it’s shipped.” It’s clear it won’t arrive before Christmas, and I'm really disappointed as it was meant to be a gift.
