Was sceptical at first but my order arrived rather fast and the quality is quite nice. Big props to Nadia and Antoine for their fast and competent customer service (over whatsapp… I know but it works well and there is nothing negative to say about it) . Will definitely order again
Trustworthy, I made a mistake in the billing address, they helped me along as it was send back to them. Payed a other 6 euro transport cost BUT, i asked for a XXL instead of a XL, they did it. Got the order with the right billing address and the XXL. The long sleeve fits, Material does not feel cheap. Would order again.
Received both products I ordered but one had a printing mistake while the other was fine. Antonie was the rep who I spoke to. I was offered a refund or a re-send. I opted for a new jumper which did turn up with the same mistake. Customer support then offered me a full refund and I was told to keep hold of the misprints. Refund was in my account within 2 days. Customer support was quick and very effective. Will be ordering again.
