Shipping took some time, but that's beyond their control. The t-shirt is fantastic, the quality is excellent, and the customer service is exceptional. The representative kept in touch with me throughout and was understanding when the package took longer than expected. They offered a refund or to resend the t-shirt, but I chose to wait, and it was worth it. I will definitely order from here again.
Received the order I made faster than predicted, shirts look exactly like the pictures on the website and customer service was impeccable, shoutout to Antoine from customer service who helped me out with the tracking of my order, definitely gonna order merch from you again!
I find the clothes i ordered to be comfortable, warm, visually pleasing, and they are worth the money i paid for them. My only complaint would be that the neck sits very tight/strangely sometimes and i often have to readjust it. I love this franchise on it and i like that i had the possibility to order something like it. The tracking of the order was somehow a little confusing too.
The shirts I ordered arrived at least however when I needed to return them due to sizing issues (which ive seen a lot of reviews on since ordering) its like they couldn't be bothered. They offered me 10% refund for 2 shirts I have no use for because their sizing is awful which would be just shy of £4 and then some warning of how expensive it is to ship back to them to try and deter you from doing so. I want my money back!!!
