Jak Sword is a credit to the company. He was clear, transparent and very professional. He tidied after himself and explained each step and what he was doing. He ensured everything was connected and working before leaving and was a pleasure to deal with. I hope that he is recognised for his efforts and continues to work in the manner he does. Thank you.
My installation of YouFibre didn't start well. The installer assigned didn't explain what he was going to do and didn't listen to what I wanted. He left my property with the internal box just hanging from the wire, no silicon to fill the outside hole and most importantly the connection to the sky puck was rubbish. I Googled YouFibre support and saw lots of reviews about bad installs and terrible support. I phoned YouFibre and at the same time went onto a chat. After about 10 mins I spoke, on the phone, to Jennifer, who assured me she would look into getting everything resolved and would call me back. She did. Another chap Mark also called and said he would send an engineer the next day at 8:30 to fix any issues. Jak Sword phoned me at 8:10 to say he would be at the property at 8:30 and he was. He was polite and friendly, asked me about all the issues, fixed the external hole in the wall, tidied the previous installers work, installed a booster, re-configured the network settings. Job done! I am now a very happy YouFibre customer and had Jak been the initial installer, this review would be 5 stars.
It took around four months to get fibre installed at our business. This was partly due to blocked underground access for the engineers, and partly due to poor communication between YouFibre management and engineering teams.The final engineer, Jak, was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure the installation was completed exactly as we wanted. Credit where it’s due — thank you, Jak.
Man came to my door at 8.30am saying he wanted to keep me updated about work Netonmia were planning in the area so I wouldn't be troubled. It was a pack of lies. No sooner had he gone I got a email to say they were arranging installation. Disgraceful tactics.
A pair of really helpful and polite young guys fitted my box and line into our new house today and I couldn't be happier. Jak sword and his team mate went above and beyond for me and I'm extremely happy with how thorough and neat there work was and all the information they gave me was super helpful. Thanks guys you made tye move to our new home just that bit easier. Top guys.
