When you make the purchase the website states that it takes 1-5 business days. I placed my order on the 12th. I didn't recive any tracking info until the 19th. I only received that info because I had to ask for it. And here I am on the 22nd with a package still sitting at the origin facility on the other side of the country. So 1-5 business days is a lie.
