I was hesitant at first wearing wool socks--my feet get hot and I wasn't sure if the socks would stay up... The Nordic socks are fantastic. The morino wool blend keep my feet from getting cold nor do my feet get hot. And the socks do not slide down... The socks are perfect for cold weather.
Very quick to take your money but very reticent to make a refund.I bought some socks for a present and during the order process was dragged in by their half price offer. As I pressed "pay now" I realised that another set that were not a suitable colour and a size that would not fit any of my family had been added. Unfortunately the payment had gone through so I sent the company an email to cancel straight away. This was pinged back to me so I had to fill in their online form. Their eventual reply was that it was too late to cancel but I could return at my own expense, of course. This I did and fortunately paid for tracking and a signature on receipt. A week later no communication, no refund. I have filled in several of their online forms, jumped through hoops, received platitudes but no refund. I won't be ordering from this company again, in future I will buy from my local market stall where I will pay less, get good customer service and be able to talk to someone. Their socks aren't worth the hassle.
Order number NU400339Placed order and on receipt of confirmation email noticed there were items on there I had not ordered yet been charged for. Immediately emailed to have these removed from my order but told it was too late. As soon as order arrived returned the items exactly as per their instructions. This was over two weeks ago now. Sent Royal Mail tracked at my own expense and have proof they were received back over two weeks ago. No refund and despite emails I am ignored. This is not a legitimate company….I am significantly out of pocket and will now probably have to try and get my credit card company involved. I also think trading standards should be informed too.
