Purchased a commercial 1750 treadmill the end of 2021 because we wanted something that would last . We also purchased the extended warranty. It was not cheap (over $2000). The first 2 years pretty uneventful. After that we had someone come from the warranty company to do maintenance. Started having problems about 6 months later and they haven’t stopped . Despite paying for the extended warranty we have not been able to get a repairman here to fix it. He came twice and had the wrong parts and apparently the new parts came in a month ago and yet the repairman has not showed up for scheduled appointments and customer service is LOUSY . #1. This is a commercial machine and should not be having so many issues #2. With an extended warranty paid… we should not be completely down for 5 months and STILL unable to get an actual person to do anything. We called Nordictrak (over an hour on the phone for nothing) we called the warranty company … and called and called … worst customer service ever. We will never buy a Nordic anything!!!
