Very bad customer service I have submitted written letter to them to cancel my service and after almost year still No chance and I thought it is because I don’t speak Portuguese and talking to my Portuguese friend they also confirm that Nos is a horrible company to cancel contract with
I just stayed one hour and twenty two minutes speaking with the customer service to try to solve my internet issues. Guess what happened?! They did not fix it and told me I have to pay 6€ monthly to improve my internet or I have to pay 40€ to technician come to my house. I just wanted my internet speed back to the normal without pay any money!
The contracts they make you sign should be and probably are illegal. Never sign anything with NOS! The customer service is friendly but never helping and their legal department is huge. After they wrongly cancelled my services they managed to charge me 800€ for cancelling the contract (which I did not). It took months to get the internet service working again and they charged additionnaly. Not to be trusted and I hope the get fined till bancrupcy when it comes to a legal court.
Our 2 year contract is due to expire, and we had a representative make some promises of upgrades & a lower price to our service in order to keep us as clients. They were supposed to arrive to install the new upgrades within 5 business days. After not arriving within that time frame, we called. And we called again after they still had not arrived over a week and 1/2 later. They kept promising it would be soon.... we are now 1 month later and it still has not been installed. We have called many, many times - nothing gets done!!! I'm pretty sure they purposely are taking their time, because it has allowed them to receive 1 more month of the higher payment we had with our previous contract. I'm pretty sure they'll arrive now, but it just feels really dirty and they are affecting our work productivity- we really needed that power router upgrade for our office. 1 whole month and they can't even stop for 5 minutes to deliver a tiny, simple piece of equipment!
Worst internet I have ever used in my life. The internet literally disconnects for a minute or two every 40 to 45 minutes everyday. Never in my entire life have I ever experienced this. They should be closed down and arrested for scamming customers because that's what they are doing in the name of service 🤬🤬.Then 2 years contract and now you are stuck with these scam artists 🤦🤦
For a telecommunication company, this is one of the worst companies to communicate with. If you have trouble or a problem they will do their best NOT to help you. I'm glad I'm no longer with them and with a company that cares about their consumers and customers.I have been trying relentlessly to contact NOS to solve a problem with not understanding and being able to find a bill but to no avail. I'm met with people who are not willing to help, are rude or send me in another direction that is wrong.
I just get 35-40mbps while I pay for 500mbps. I pay around 40 euros for 500mbps internet speed but just get around 40 mbps and internet goes offline once a day for 3-5 min. I don't what is wrong with NOS but I can see why it is rated so low.
