Absolutely terrible experience. We rented one of their « luxury collection » house in Denmark, upon arrival the place was a complete mess, like if someone has been living in it for weeks and nobody cleaned up after.The entire kitchen was covered by a thick layer of fat, the cutlery wasn’t properly washed and still had marks of food, the bathroom was full of moist and the cupboards full of human hairs and toothpaste marks.Additionally the furniture was in a horrible shape, it literally looked like the sofa was taken from a dumpster, full of hairs and looking disgusting.If that wasn’t enough, our shower was broke and the temperature couldn’t be changed, it was icing cold. The staff has been called and emails everyday and after 4 days, they did nothing. Emails and calls are simply ignored at this point.We were offered a compensation of 23€ for all this trouble. After 10 years travelling in Denmark on a quarterly basis, this is the first time we went out of our routine and booked with this company. They won’t be seeing us anytime soon.UPDATE: WHILE RESPONSE SAYS SATISFACTORY COMPENSATION WAS PROVIDED, THIS ISN'T CORRECT. AFTER MANY BACK AND FORTH, WE RECEIVED A SMALL COMPENSATION THAT WASN'T ANYWHERE NEAR SATISFACTORY
