I will make this brief - What a Classy operation. The food and customer service has always been outstanding, but what was most impressive was Ollie's response the day we decided to euthanize our beloved Charlie. I called on a Friday to cancel the account as we had decided to euthanizeour dog the following Sunday. Knowing my delivery was to arrive any day I was hoping to catch it before incurring the fee. I called, Ollie informed me that the order had already shipped andwas to arrive that day. And then they gracioulsy credited my account for the entire shipment. I was able to pass along an entire months worth of food to another family (that I am sure will now be an Ollie client). They did not have to do this as this is an incredible expense for them.And then to top it off, today I received a very kind note expressing their sympathy, and notice that they made a donation to Marley's Mutt's in honor of our girl.I just cannot express enough how impressed I am with Ollie.
