Terrible delivery service and even worse customer service support. The company is never on time. They deliver at all hours of the night and early morning. My deliveries have arrived opened and shuffled through without any attempt to tape the package up.
The package was delivered to the wrong address. First, I got a message saying they couldn't deliver my package. Clicked the txt message link, and that is when I saw it said delivered with the photo proof. However, the proof of delivery photo is not my house. I am unable to contact them for help so far. UPDATE: I chatted with Support and they were no help at all. I was given excuses that were easily seen through as not being true. I will not be ordering from Fanatics again after this poopshow. I will be contacting my form of payment to dispute the charge. OnTrac is a pathetic company. Stay far away from it.
OMG just reading the other reviews and now thinking I will never get this package. Just spoke to the extremely rude Taviea. Parcel said they needed more info to deliver the package. Not sure what informtion they could need other than a full address but anyway contacted them, gave them step by step instructions. They told me the package would be with me in 1-3 days. I ordered from Walmart for next day delivery. I explained that the address I am staying at I am a guest and leaving and could they expediate it as it was next day delivery. No they can't. She can't even guarantee the update info will get to the depot today. Are they using post to send info? Definitey not their own service! They must be very cheap as why would Walmart use them?
I hate it when I see that OnTrac is the delivery company. They NEVER deliver to the correct address. Just today, they delivered my Target order to the wrong address. It’s clear that the drivers are lazy and stupid. They rely on GPS, and never actually look at the address on the package. I’m now out over $100.
Put in an order through Walmart, I always received my orders from FedEx which I received the next day or the followng day,now they use Ontrac,after 9days of waiting and telling me my package has been delayed, I got tired of waiting and called Walmart customer service,the woman I spoke to credited my card for purchase and told me Walmart will once again be using Fedex by the end of the month,she told me there have been numerous complaints.
Horrible! Is the turtle USPS somehow involved with this??? Ordered a gift from Adidas on the 22nd was supposed to be delivered on the 24th (birthday day). Checked on the 24th & delivery was changed to the 25th. Checked today & it's "supposed" to be delivered today. Yeah right :(( Filed a missing package report w/ Adidas... waiting. NOT happy!!
Onnottrack s the worst carrier in the world I wouldn't use them if I was dying in hell! ontrac is the worst company for delivery in the world, the worst customer service, the worst LYING drivers in the freaking world.ontrac has the worst reviews ever for a delivery system. OnTrac receives frequent complaints about "fake" or dishonest delivery updates, marking packages as delivered or attempting delivery when they were not, which can result in lost or stolen packages and significant frustration for customers and retailers. While there's no evidence of intentional deception, many consumers report packages being marked as delivered but never received, or falsely claiming delivery attempts were made.
I had a package marked as “delivered” by OnTrac, but it never showed up. The tracking photo they provided doesn’t even show my doorstep or my package. I contacted OnTrac customer service, and they told me there’s nothing they can do and to reach out to the seller instead.It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a delivery company that takes no responsibility when a package goes missing under their care. There’s zero accountability and no real investigation process. I now have to go through the hassle of getting a refund from the store because OnTrac refuses to assist.I’ll be asking retailers not to use OnTrac for future orders — completely unreliable and unprofessional service.
