I ordered 2 jackets from Pajar Canada for the first time. My order arrived but it was one item, gloves, which I did not order. Any attempt to follow up with the company leads nowhere. Their customer service website options only connect you with an AI bot. Their phone customer support only directs you to a voicemail option where your calls are not returned. I've only just now seen how many poor customer experience reviews are out there for this company. I have started messaging Pajar Canada brand partners and online influencers directly to let them know. I can't imagine people will want to continue promoting this company once they realize how many customers are not receiving what they ordered, and/or not receiving customer support- basically getting scammed.Edit: I did not receive any response or resolution from Pajar Canada until I commented on their social media pages and rated my experience here on Trust Pilot. I've now received a tracking number for a reshipment - but had to spend time highlighting the issue publicly online before receiving any support.
